Click on the “Lost Password” link towards the bottom of the page.
Enter the email address associated with your purchase in the “Username or Email” on the next page and click ‘Reset’ password.
This will automatically send a temporary password to the email address you entered. If you do not see an email right away, be sure to check your spam folder.
Follow the link in the email and create a new password.
Once logged in, you can access your customer area here.
