Every purchase is covered by our voluntary 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If a product is not right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the amount paid for it.
Bought the wrong render engine?
If you selected the wrong currently available render engine version, we can swap the purchase to the correct version at no charge. Email don@motionsquared.net with the order number and the render engine you need.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, or buy a pack already included in a bundle you own, contact us. We will refund the verified duplicate, including when it is noticed after the 30-day period.
Fair use
The guarantee is intended to make a genuine purchase risk-free. We may refuse a request where there is clear evidence of fraud or repeated, systematic abuse. This does not limit statutory rights for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care.
UK and EEA consumers
Where the law requires it, we ask you to agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect on a statutory cancellation period before a download begins. Our 30-day guarantee is additional to your mandatory consumer rights.
Requesting a refund
Email don@motionsquared.net from the address used for the order and include the order number. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear.
