Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same Product twice, or buy a pack that is already included in a bundle you own, we will refund the duplicate in full — this applies even beyond the 30-day window.
Fair Use
We offer this guarantee because we’re confident in the packs and want buying to be risk-free. We simply reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding products.
EU/UK Customers
At checkout you consent to immediate delivery of digital content, which under EU and UK consumer law ends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. How to Request a Refund
Email support@motionsquared.net from the address used at purchase, with your order number. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
