These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and purchases from Motion Squared (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Product use is also governed by our License Agreement; refunds by our Refund Policy; and personal data by our Privacy Policy.

1. Products and delivery

Our products are digital downloads; no physical product is shipped. After payment is confirmed, download access is provided through the order confirmation and your account, and may also be sent by email. If a technical problem delays access, contact don@motionsquared.net and we will resolve it as soon as reasonably possible.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts, entitlements and licences are personal and may not be shared. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abusive chargebacks, shared download links or a material licence breach. This does not affect download access or remedies you are legally entitled to receive.

3. Prices, tax and payment

• Store prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is clearly shown at checkout. The final amount and currency are displayed before you place the order.
• Stripe or PayPal processes payment. Their own terms may also apply to the payment service.
• Applicable VAT, sales tax or other charges are shown at checkout where required. You are responsible for entering accurate billing and tax information.
• Prices and promotions may change, but a later change does not alter a completed order. Coupons apply only under their stated conditions and cannot be added retrospectively.

4. Digital-content cancellation rights

Where consumer law provides a cancellation period for digital content, we will request any consent and acknowledgement required before immediate download begins. Starting the download may end that statutory cancellation right. Our separate voluntary 30-day guarantee continues to apply as described in the Refund Policy, and nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content.

5. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The website, products, renders, text and branding belong to Motion Squared or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. A purchase grants the rights in the License Agreement; it does not transfer ownership.

You must not gain unauthorised access to the site or another account, interfere with store security, share or publish download links, scrape protected product files, or use the site unlawfully.

6. Compatibility, availability and support

Choose the product version for the render engine shown on its product page. Software, plugins and hardware change over time, so contact us before buying if compatibility is unclear. We aim to keep the site and account downloads available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Email support is available at don@motionsquared.net.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Our total liability arising from a product or these Terms will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product, except where the law requires otherwise.

8. Changes and severability

The version in force when you order applies to that order. We may update the site terms for future use. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law of your country of residence.
