These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchases from MOTION SQUARED (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Use of purchased products is additionally governed by our License Agreement; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy; personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
1. Products and Delivery
All products sold on this site are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is immediate: download links are provided on the order confirmation page, by email, and in your account area. Your account retains access for re-downloading purchased products.
2. Accounts
An account is created at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts and licenses are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks made in bad faith, or license abuse (including sharing download links or files).
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may also be displayed and charged in other currencies where regional currency options are enabled; the exact amount and currency charged are shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.
- Where required, VAT or sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Business customers in the EU may enter a valid VAT number for reverse-charge treatment where applicable.
- Promotional prices and coupons apply only during their stated period and cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — products, images, renders, videos, text and branding — is owned by MOTION SQUARED or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other IP laws. Purchasing a product grants the license described in the License Agreement; it does not transfer ownership.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or other customers’ accounts; share, resell or publish download links or files; scrape or bulk-download site content; or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Availability and Support
We aim to keep the site and download services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Product support is provided by email at support@motionsquared.net for the software versions listed on each product page.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
